Role and Contribution

Our consumer panel is ready to provide salient insights to our clients. This includes feedback on current and near-future products, expectations, apprehensions, and emerging preferences across a variety of product categories.

Eligibility

We exclusively vet entry to ensure these consumers have a strong fiscal and social engagement with viable health and wellness ecosystems. They also show a demonstrated interest in product quality within one or more health categories, have adaptive perspectives, and an openness to new information.

Types of Engagement

On behalf of clients, we proctor methods such as ethnography, interviews, A/B tests, product trials, focus groups, and more.

Incentives

Our consumer panel receives cash, gift cards, and access to brand curated events with respect to their degree of research participation.

Closed Studies

A significant number of FATCO customers have reviewed FATCO products as a treatment for eczema, as it has helped alleviate or reduces symptoms of this skin condition.

However, FATCO had little to no input for why grass-fed tallow may be a beneficial base ingredient for sufferers of eczema. We piloted research to help answer this question.
